You can create galleries, like these examples, of cells from regions of interest with just a few clicks of the mouse. Because no camera is involved, there is no need to change microscope settings, set camera exposures, or fuss with focus. Create one gallery or multiple galleries at the same time, each showing data from a different combination of detectors, each using instrument settings from the original data file. This is the best, if not the only, way to visualize different populations of cells, e.g. positives versus negatives, under the same conditions.
