Fourth Laser Option for the iCys^® Research Imaging Cytometer and the iCyte^® Automated Imaging Cytometer
CompuCyte’s NEW Fourth Laser Option adds a 532 or 561 nm laser to the standard iCys and iCyte complement of 405, 488 and 633 nm excitation wavelengths. More Information... These lasers expand the portfolio of excitable dyes to include Alexa 532, Texas Red and newer fluorescence proteins such as mOrange, tdTomato, mTangerine and others.

iColor^® Fluoro-chromatic Imaging Cytometer
		CompuCyte’s NEW iColor^® Fluoro-Chromatic Imaging Cytometer combines the advantages of analytical cytometry, fluorescence image analysis, and immunohistochemistry in one unique system. The iColor™ Imaging Cytometer employs three lasers to simultaneously measure both fluorescent and chromatic staining in the same specimens. The resulting data and images provide detailed quantitative and morphological information, which previously would have required multiple systems. Dual Channel Detector Assembly Upgrade
		CompuCyte’s Dual Channel Laser Light Scatter & Laser Light-Loss Detector Assembly provides the capability to simultaneously capture two channels of scatter and/or light-loss data. This can either provide enhanced data sets or, more significantly, cut throughput time by more than half for certain assays. The Dual Channel Detector Assembly is available as an option for the iCys^® Research Imaging Cytometer, and can be retrofit onto existing iCyte and iCys instruments equipped with the single detector assembly. Enhanced Blue Cube
		The Enhanced Blue Cube allows scans with the 405nm (Violet Diode) and 488nm (Argon) lasers to be performed in a single pass thus halving the scan time needed for assays using both Violet and Argon laser-excited dyes. More information on Enhanced Blue Cube Request an Upgrade
